From 80-99 Ranged, approximately, 57k Red Chincompas. I have always said that Monkey Skeletons are better experience since they are higher level. However, they don't drop anything good but Mummies do.

Around 75 Ranged, it should work effectively. I started at 80 because I was desperate. I'm afraid your calculation was wrong. From 75-99, you would use around 51k Red Chincompas.
Let's price the Red Chincompas at 732 [Market Price]. 61k times 732 = 44,652,000. That is only for the Red Chincompas without counting the money you will spend on Prayer Potions.

Best level to start is 85. You can start as 55 but it won't be that effective. I used around 1.5k-2k Red Chincompas.

You'd use around 63,000 Red Chincompas. That multiplied by 732 [Market Price] is 45,116,000M. You will have 22M left to buy Prayer Potions which is more than the required.

nice guide and good to see the stats, didnt know void gave that much more xp.
another item i take is ring of life. obviously not the bonus or archer ring but protests from lagg....void takes a long time to replace and losing bits of your armadyl can push the cost up a bit
