It is suppose to appear as the dash in notepad, you want to do the code, but it won't appear in your text box. It will on the other had count as a character as soon as you press the next key on the number of character remaining.

The Alt codes won't work on my laptop for some reason...:l Anyone have any ideas why? I looked at the Laptop part of this guide but still didn't work...But nice guide
