I will be doing some re-construction to this thread because some things have changed due to the chat system changes. I also regret to say that the scramble chat effect and the all caps lock in runescape no longer works. For a positive note I will be adding some extra things that you can do with your keyboard that will be able to help you (and don't worry it all follows the rules) .

I have just gone over all of the alt codes again and I have found some shorter codes. The shorter codes have replaced the few that had a higher number for them. I have added a short thing on mouse keys because the alt code chat effects were removed from the game, and the alt codes that didn't exist have been added . I am still looking for some help with the mac computer guide in case some codes weren't shown.
