please help I've been a member on and off for 12 yrs plus and I love this game and my account, it keeps me sane, on that note I've done something dumb and added guardian when the game stopped working for me and my display settings got stuck I used one of runescape help pages and cleaned my cache, following what they said to do, but then it wouldn't recognize my computer, due to medical issues I've forgotten my guardian answers, can't even remember the questions, now I can't log on on my computer, tried to contact jagex and there has been no reply, getting desperate and am about to give up on my membership and game could someone please please help 1wickedangel

Sorry for the late reply. I lurk most of the time now, as I haven't played in some time.

I hope this has already been resolved for you, but if it hasn't, here's something that hopefully will help.

Sounds like you need the "I have forgotten my JAG security questions/answers" page. Give them as much information you can that proves you own the account. The more detail you provide the better.

It takes them a while but they do usually get back to everyone... if they don't I'd advise throwing a tweet to @JagexSupport and seeing if they can double check it. Make sure to wait 48 hours after sending the ticket though, as they aim for <48 hours response time if I recall correctly.
