Aww Chrisso, you got my eyes welling up while reading that; I can almost forgive you all those dreadful tree puns!

Seriously though, you're right that the Pancake House has something special because the regulars in it have created something special in the way that they interact with each other and clearly enjoy each other's company. I've got to say though, it's your own personality and sense of humour that has helped to create the environment where that was possible, that and your readiness to regularly interact with this little community yourself. The Pancake House will live on and we're looking forward to continuing to spend time in game both with each other and with yourself.

And you have a great Christmas too and lots of fun, excitement and fulfilment in your new job!

I may not have popped into the PH as much as some others, but from the time that I did spend in there from time to time - everyone was a family. A dysfunctional family that loves trolling each other and acting like a bunch of knuckleheads at times, but that's what made it the awesome, fun family it was. I think the Pancake House was one of the tightest knit communities of any Jmod Fc I have ever been in. Everyone was everyone's brother or sister. And that was truly, in every form of the word, awesome.

Well, I've got to say, it's a delight and a relief to see that so many regulars of Mod Chrisso's fc have moved over to the 'Phouse' fc! Just goes to show what a strong little community we have going, ay?
