Hello Krisi & Ryan,

This is my official statement regarding this matter and I ask that any issues regarding this be taken up with me and kept off my forums or alternatively I would be happy to come to your forum if you did want to discuss in a forum atmosphere.

Regarding the land claims:

While Krisi is correct and POCs do have an understand of land claims within the area, it is my understanding that whether I lead a clan or a poc, neither of you want to be associated regardless. Therefore I am going to dismiss the poc tradition as I feel the current world 83 poc's are not true poc's to the nature of the definition when poc's were first defined all those years ago.

My poc does not seek nor need the approval of any other poc on world 83. Saying that I do believe in tradition and if you wanted to give up any land as the whole of Runescape is generally claimed between five Poc's , then I would be open for a discussion as I feel the current land claims are not being put to good use and the current Poc's on world 83 are claiming land irregardless of if they intend to use it.

Now the second matter, Tribes of Rellekka refuses any and all declarations of war at this time as we are still in a starting period. Any harassment similar to the previous pages on my thread or even harassment to my members in game will be reported to Jagex as rule breaking under the rule of disruptive behavior.

There is no reason at all we cannot seek a diplomatic resolution but it would have to be a compromise on both sides.

Hi Robert,

Unfortunately due to your own behaviour in game we really cant discuss so forum base is the only option.

My clan has not got involved and doesn't try and create drama in your CC, sadly you do not do the same in return. With your again recent priff abuse to people and trying to again get in our cc on ALTS. Today being the latest.

I have told my clan mates to continue to not get into debates with you, and I will continue to address the attacks and behaviors.

I have no issue with you running your own clan, hopefully the 9th attempt does you well. I do have issues that your just doing this to create tension. The reason i say this, Zirak started out the same way, no lands, no connections, and we just worked hard at making world 83 understand where are here to stay.

The original leader of KOR handed his lands over to us as a sign of respect to the clan that Zirak is and continues to be, now while you continue to just say you wont look at us like a real POC clan, at the end of the day your the one who is making issues with my clan. We have worked 6 long years to remain true to who we are, you whim in and out when you feel its time to just create unnecessary tension.

End of the day our forums are up-to-date, your intentions where clear from the start, so if your not being accepted by my clan its really something you need to look at consider why, at no point did you come and ask me for time to talk or the likes, you just held a meeting hoping to take our lands and that others would support you.

The mannerism in how you choose to do this is why you got the reaction you did.

Zirak is not giving up their lands, you have no land to war with, and well your not accepting wars, and not behaving the spirit of the POC community.

Please cease trying to get into the cc on alts, your main is banned from there as people are sick of how you speak to them.
