I left the clan because I am very concerned what was the clan is coming to in terms of behavior according to me and zera had a private discussion earler about why Hony and poki left the clan for unknown reasons yesterday. ZK has changed and its not clan as it once was after I just joined years ago as I learned today.

I been in this clan for years that I couldn't count and I Enjoyed being in the Clan with you all for your nicest beings like Poki, Hony and all sorts in the clan and even you. I do not know what has become to so I leave to avoid being in the enviromental situation. Please take this as a concern from me and I wish you all ZKs all the best from me. I am just a friendly naughty Illusionist

Hi Wow,

Thanks for the feed back, clans do change over time, I have watched it though many cycles over its life times, and leaders do get tired and leave especially long term ones. Sadly friends come and go and its hard for all with change.

When we are on next Id like to have a chat :) You have been a long term member, so I would like to find out what you learned today that made this change for you.

A letter to you all

Its taken a few days for me to wrap my head around a few things, and taking some time to consider how to put this as the leader of the clan. Majority of you are aware of I have run this clan from the start, 2010 seems so long ago, 6 years of leading the same clan, through highs and low’s, from times I thought we wouldn’t make it to times I wondered how far we could actually go. I lead a clan prior to this that had so much drama, you think Zirak has drama some days, it was nothing compared to the one prior.

This week we lost two people we loved, and believe it or not I loved them both very deeply as well, but for me this isn’t the first time I have lived through this, I have watched many close friends in the clan, quit the game, leave the clan, or watched major issues break out causing people to exit. Each time it takes a piece with you, because to me Zirak is my family. The last few days I have heard “all the old people are leaving” and by old I mean long term members, all we are left with is new people. That really hurt hearing that. There are many people who been here a long time, myself, Deemo, jubs, wildy, erasold, the likes of Mell and Lain. We are all still here, trying to hold it together, because we have all lost people from the clan close to us. While they are still in game, you miss seeing them in the cc and I get that.

One thing Zirak has always prided its self on is acceptance, we accept people no matter their age, their skill, and I want people to take a long think about this. Did you know that some of the long term clan members came to us as a merge years ago. Zirak opened their arms and hearts and welcomed them as one of their own. It did*’t matter their past, it did*’t matter they wernt here from the start. All that mattered was they were one of us now. Ive heard the last few days so much about the new people are changing us and for me I think, when did we change as a clan as to not accept. New people bring life, bring new conversations, build new relationships, we help them guide them and grow with them as they start their adventure with us be what Zirak is all about, accepting, they all wont be perfect, and yes we will have some that will be removed, but we try.

I ask that you consider what I have written as this isn’t all doom and gloom, Zirak isn’t dying, its just in another “Metamorphosis” stage, and if you have left, I hope the next clan you go to is accepting of you the new person, the person who is trying to find their feet and way in a room of strangers, because I still recall how daunting that feeling was when I first joined a clan, trying to fit in, trying to find my place and I will never forget the people who made me feel welcomed. Those people, accounts are in this clan, they don’t play anymore and eventually joined Zirak because we stood by what they believed in. I will never change that from who we are.
