I'll have to deny your application due to the adv log remaining private.

The Adventurer log being public was a prerequisite to joining via the botting era, I do not find others looking at your skills a valid reason for having it not on public.
If you have a more personal reason:
E.G Someone is harassing you by following you where you skill.
Feel free to P.M. me.
If you're willing to make it to friends & keep me added, that is understandable.
Otherwise the application is fine & will be accepted if you agree.

Regarding citadel co-ordination, we mainly need a clan battlefield map building specialist.
I don't want this to be taken lightly though, the expectations are quite high so its a high responsibility.

Can i join?
Your clan looks awesome. I'm from Australia and the event things look awesome. I play quite a bit when i can, at least 10mins a day, but holidays are coming up I will play an average of 1hr a day. I will work on the Citidal as much as i can and that's all i can think of saying =D.
