• Conclusion of Clan meeting of September 17th 6:00 GMT. (The 1st one) •
At this time me and a number of other members have taken part of a scheduled meeting and due to unforeseen circumstances, took control of the meeting in our own hands. Not every expected issue was debated due to these circumstances (See post from Ekim Tnelis).
Below is a brief description and the concluded group decision on the matter. These will later be voted upon through the clan whether they are to be active policy, or vetoed.
If voted positively on, they will take affect as of November 1st, 2011

One of the major things covered on this meeting on top of the botting issues is the compulsory citadel resource requirements.
After discussion and debate, we have decided to hold debate to raise the bar from 500 resources every 2 weeks - to 50% of max cap every (1) week for every *ACTIVE* member.
*Players will need to have posted to be inactive for a period of time and added to a list to be void of this policy.

With that comes the policy of Citadel attendance count. Each active member will be suggested to enter citadel at least once a week. (Good chance to get your weekly resource quota in.

The new concept of the PvM events within the was positively granted on but voted to not become mandatory events.
