i got the naragi homeworld and atleast with prifddinas, and i am not condoning claiming land before its out but atleast we know prifddinas is going there, by reasoning if i said i claim any new fairyring dimensions is my claim legit cause fairy rings exist

Even if there is or is not a time stamp. There is one thing I can "conclude". HE (or she) who has the world gate: HOLDS access to those worlds (for time being). In other words, if "KOV" claimed Frenaskae…how did they claim it? They went through the world gate without running into mafians? Yea...that seems legit. OR wait what about a portal to…ohhhhhh right…that means we would be breaking a wall in lore saying that any "schmuck" can portal to any world and "claim" it in the future.

END POINT:

Matty has "Gate". Matty can "decide" who has these worlds and not until the world gate either becomes A. neutral or B. it is in someone else's hands. Since I highly doubt option A. is ever gonna happen (since there has not been unison cooperation over land in "YEARS" ). B is the only option.

In broader terms: "MATTY IS THE GATEKEEPER"
