Hello, and welcome to the official thread for the Runecrafting Community Clan Chat, known to users as RCC.

CURRENT CLAN CHAT: “Phoenix Odin”


This Clan Chat is open to everyone so dont be afraid to join us. No application is required.


The Clan Chat was founded along time ago by Phoenix Odin ( Current rank 1 Runecrafter). It aims to help and entertain all level of runecrafters. Despite being mainly a runecraft clan chat many of the members are experienced in all aspects of the game from combat to questing.

Post 3: Mini Runecrafting Guide 1-99
This is only a basic guide for more information see Mega Guide to Runecrafting by Zarfot. His guide covers everything in my opinion.

To start Runecrafting you must complete the Rune Mysteries Quest. It** fairly simple and shouldn’t take too long. Once complete you can start training.
1-14 air runes; you will need 422 Rune Essence.
Take 28 rune essence from Faldor East bank, run south to the alter, use your talisman on alter or wear an air tiara to enter, and then craft your essence in airs. Bank at Faldor East bank and repeat this process.
It will take 16 invents to reach level 14. Unless you use a small pouch, which will make it slightly quicker at 15 invents.

14-44 fire runes; you will need 7649 Rune Essence.
This is the one of the fastest ways to make your fire runes.
1.Withdraw a ring of duelling, a fire talisman/tiara/runecrafting staff, and 27,26 rune essence from your bank. Do not wear the ring as it will slow you down, keep it in your inventory.
2.Teleport to the Duel Arena.
3.Run to the Fire alter (north of telespot) and craft the fire runes.
4.Teleport to the Castle Wars arena with your ring of duelling.
5.Bank the fire runes and start over again
It will take about 240 trips to get 14-44 Runecraft, if you use a small and medium pouch at level 25 Runecraft. You will also need 30-35 rings of duelling (8).

44-54 nature runes; you will need 10,581 PURE Essence
There are many different methods for crafting nature runes; the best is using the Spirit Graahk Familiar. Using this method you can craft up to 3,5k essence per hour. (31.5k exp)
Other methods include:
1.Using the Abyss (level 7 wild north of edgeville)
2. Fairy Rings
3. Shilo Banking
4. ZMI – Phoenix Odin’s personal favourite

Post 8: History of the Clan Chat
The Clan Chat was started a long time ago in Phoenix Odin Clan Chat back on 6 August 2007.
It was then moved to another top runecrafters clan chat, Ancient Dev. (reached rank 3 at their peak).
Ancient Dev then made a similar thread and we collected alot of new members
Due to the increased pressure put on Ancient Dev the CC was moved to another top Runescapers CC.
This time it wasnt a Runecrafting expert but an alround expert. This person was called Exenedis.
After another thread this time made by me the cc became popular with a huge variety of top runecrafters and other pro's at one point we had 5 of the top 10 runecrafters as regulars aswell as many of the 99'ers.
Exenedis, then decided that the cc was too much pressure and taking time away from her skills.
From Exenedis CC we spent a short time in the cc "Rc Den". (owned by Exenedis) This turned out to be harder for Exenedis then having it in her cc.
This is when the cc moved to Rc Community Clan Chat (owned by Phoenix Odin). We again attracted many new members aswel as keeping the regulars.
After a few months Phoenix Odin decided that it would be easier to have the CC based in his own. This makes ranking and controling alot easier.
WEll thats the history of the clan hope you liked it.
