Requirements for cc
Quite a long list;

1. Have a runescape account
2. Be human or more than 60.25% human
3. Have a method to play runescape, playing in your basement doesnt count sorry Match
4. Have at least 3 brain cells (exception for tiger's)
6. The use of hands is not required but recommended
7. The ability to read is an advantage but not required
8. The ability to admit you didnt realise you missed out 5 :P 9. Sorry but please learn to count before joining
10. Pay Hp123321 100m gp or 1m gop tokens
