1.Withdraw a ring of duelling, a fire talisman/tiara/runecrafting staff, and 27,26 rune essence from your bank. Do not wear the ring as it will slow you down, keep it in your inventory.
2.Teleport to the Duel Arena.
3.Run to the Fire alter (north of telespot) and craft the fire runes.
4.Teleport to the Castle Wars arena with your ring of duelling.
5.Bank the fire runes and start over again
It will take about 240 trips to get 14-44 Runecraft, if you use a small and medium pouch at level 25 Runecraft. You will also need 30-35 rings of duelling (8).

Friend you dont need a ring of dueling there is a bank chest right at the duel arena so why do u need 30-35 dueling rings im just saying the truth btw can i join the clan? and u can only withdraw 28 items
