The Tribes of Rellekka have foolishly decided to claim lands belonging to the Empire's northern region. As of now we are officially in a state of war with ToR. Unfortunately they think they can decline our declaration as if it were some kind of RSB war application. For somebody who claims to have been a part of this community for so long they seem to be woefully ignorant of how we operate.

All bets are off, let loose the dogs of war. Falador marches to battle.
