returned to the city he had been in so many times before, Rellekka. It was something about the smell of woods combined with the sea, the happy faces of people drunk on mead, and beautiful long ships on the docks, that drew him back every so often. Wandering around the fish marked,

handed her a scroll, which bore the wax seal of the
Kingdom of Isafdar, Kingdom of the Elves
."...Hope to see your Tribes there." He said, before he quickly turned and teleported away. The fishmonger who had been observing shook his head - he hated teleports. Ok good luck

Syne stood there a brief moment, confused from not having expected the sudden engagement and the even more sudden departure, but soon brought her attention to the illuminated scroll now in her hand. She broke the crimson seal which bore the signum of the Kingdom of Isafdar: an aquatic trinity; three carp, each one following the next in the likeness of the triskele. She began to read from the elvish vellum...



"Bondweaver of the Fremennik Tribes,

As you might know, some of the members of our Kingdom – including myself – have a Fremennik background, and many were born on these grounds. Some people fear that your Tribes have come to cast your vengeance upon them, for not honoring the Fremennik ways, and instead chosen to live with elves and other races. I have told them that they are not in danger, and we hope our Kingdoms can thrive together. We want to celebrate with you!

We therefore invite you, Bondweaver Syne, and your people, to the official coronation of Grand Elder Sir Travis II. The Grand Elder wishes friends, foes and unknowns welcome as we celebrate the entry to a new era.

After serving the Kingdom under Queen Arya Thorel, Sir Travis II was elected as the Grand Elder and the new leader of the Kingdom. He is now ready to take on the role as official leader of the Kingdom. The Citadel of our Kingdom offers a safe and sound environment for all races, but if accommodations are needed they will be met.

Rolling up and binding the vellum, Syne made haste to the longhouse to share this message with Sid Doktor, Chieftain of the Varangian Tribe, and to prepare for its duplication and dissemination to the other Fremennik Chieftains.

Syne's boot crunched down on the rough, permafrosted ground as she hiked up the mountain. The camp ahead of her was small and humble, and a swampy smell arising from the lake above permeated the air. She passed the guard watching the path to the camp, and made her way to Chieftain Hamal's tent to discuss terms regarding the Mountain Tribe's admittance into the Treaty of the Fremennik Tribes. Being a nomadic and isolationist Tribe, this opportunity for diplomacy seldom revealed itself, and was even more rarely seized. Hopefully that may change in the coming days.

Mountain Camp has been claimed by The Fremennik Tribes within the w103 POC Community. ~~~
