Surprise! The Royal Decree is back with some steamy new updates! Promotions, a new Lord position, change in the 103POC world, and my sweet, sweet brownie recipe will be covered here just for you! So without further delay, let us begin!

First and most importantly, I would like you all to please join me in congratulating Lorenea on her recent promotion to Princess! Lori has been a critical part of the administrative team almost from the conception of KotN. She is the brainchild behind the Family System™ and the Lottery™, two very successful programs that many of you have happily benefited from. However, that's not all that Lori has been a part of. Lori has had her hand in the development and creation of KotN's Specimen Classification and Ranking Standard System or KSCRS* (name and copyright pending) for short. With this system specimens can more easily show their dedication to the Kingdom by constantly striving for and attaining higher and higher classifications. One of the ways you specimens have gained standing has been to subserviently collect resources at our Wondrous Resource Collection and Processing Center (WRC*C*), which Lori has also been managing! Pretty soon the WRC*C* will reach T-4 status thanks to Lori and also to your hard work! WOOHOO! So again, thank you Lori for your hard work and congratulations on your promotion!

With Lori's promotion the position of Lord Maester has once again opened up again! The Royal and High-Royal team will be looking for a candidate to take on this prestigious position. There are also a few Lord and Master positions that are still open so if any of you have an interest in contributing a little more and making the clan more enjoyable for all please apply. Having said that, we have decided to create a new Lord positon, the Lord Herald. The Lord Herald's responsibilities will include recruiting, mentoring new members, and providing a basic introduction to POCs and RP. Again, if you're interested please apply!

After a very heated discussion on toxicity, the importance of context, some middle-school-style passive aggressive one-off remarks, and some classic Runescape Forum Mod interventionism, the current Thread Holder has decided to step down. Several people have been nominated to take up the role including our great king, King Astrazak! Unfortunatley, King Astrazak could not accept the honor due to IRL constraints. The community has instead been able to get behind another candidate, Epic Fool of Last Kingdom. Epic is intelligent, enthusiastic, hard-working, friendly, and impartial. Being Thread Holder is an important and sometimes time consuming job so please take the time to thank him whenever you have the chance!

I want to end with this. If you witness unwanted, aggressive behavior don't just ignore it. Fight! Make it clear that this behavior is not okay. We're all here to play and have fun with friends. So let's strive to make this community and our clan exactly that, a fun place to share new experiences with friends.
