2007

During the summer of 2006, Shiki hinted that he may return to the game. On January 1st, 2007, Shiki returned. With the efforts of Shiki and Yon Kyu, the RNC was restored three months later on March 14, 2007. For his dedication and work, Yon Kyu was given his eternal rank as Co-Leader.

Despite being a peaceful clan, the Rogue Ninja Civilization ran into some problems with another ninja academy back in 2006 before Shikimoko4 left. The Ninja Academy Hidden in the Leaves was ran by Link Playa, who had started a fight with the RNC and was still active upon the RNC's remake. Shikimoko4 was given ten days after he received membership to round up an army of at least 50 people before engaging in war with Link Playa's academy. Fortunately for the newly revived clan, the other academy withdrew and dissolved later.

Subsequent to the war threat, 2007 marked a year of strong growth for the once small clan, bringing in over 100 members and some of the RNC's most loyal members, including Hunter Due 6, Tyrandee, Escaflown01, Aragorn93907 (Wolf Soul), Kill9er5, Scyther57, and 14231. In 2007, the RNC also started a few crazy events such as RNC Fun Nite (April 14th) and Pick On Yon Kyu Day (May 26th). Many of Shikimoko4's classic stories were written during this time. Overall, the summer of 2007 is a time that is regarded as one of the strongest points of the clan's existence and a time that has continuously inspired the clan moving forward.

The clan began to face problems in late '07 when school began to pick up and members began to become inactive. One of those members was Yon Kyu, a very influential person to the clan's running. By December, Yon Kyu had quit RuneScape and the RNC suffered a major blow to its activity.

2008

On January 1st, 2008, Shikimoko4, hurt at the loss of his friend Yon Kyu and the current state of the clan, put his pen to paper as he began to write one of his most influential stories yet. The story, "A Summer to Remember", summed up the RNC's history and good times that they had all shared. It also managed to bring back the RNC's co-leader, Yon, for a brief time. By the end of January however, the RNC was back to a state of inactivity, which would continue for the remainder of the year. Members such as Dalek Cookie and DarkDoomOrb joined during this time. By early June, Shikimoko4 decided to quit RuneScape. The clan shortly thereafter ceased all activity.

2009

2009 was the year of reconnecting. As with tradition, Shikimoko4 logged in on RuneScape January 1st, 2009 to visit with clan members. After spending some time with a few members, he decided he wanted to get back in touch with his former clan mates. This would happen in April, when Shikimoko4 set up a LiveJournal for the clan and made a video begging his clan mates to get in touch with him. By the end of the month, the clan had managed to pull roughly fourteen of its members back into contact.

By the end of the year, the clan finally transitioned back to the RuneScape Forums. For Christmas, the RNC hosted its first event since the fall in 2008, even Yon managed to attend. It would be this event and many more in-game events that would inspire the comeback of the RNC.

During the month of December, the clan began to get on RuneScape more frequently. The clan did multiple Wilderness Survival type activities. not appear so far away as it did before. On December 31st, 2009, the question was finally asked to the RNC's former leader. "Will you bring it back?&a

2010

January 1st again proved to be a changing moment for the RNC's history. After thinking the decision through thoroughly, Shikimoko4 decided to bring the clan back. After spending multiple nights planning to reinvent the clan, Shikimoko4 and Rogue Haven developed the concept of an elemental chakra system.

On February 14th, 2010, CovertHunter was inducted as the RNC's first Alpha. He received Shikimoko4's Dragon Dagger as a gift and show of trust.

During 2010 that the clan made a huge turnaround compared to its status in 2008. The clan had roughly 60 members and was fairly active. Many other notable students had joined the clan such as Nite Ang3l, The Blue G, and Waffleking3, Starfire5557, Put208, Ashandarei, and more. DarkDoomOrb, a member from 2008, returned as well.

In December of 2010, the clan released RNC Paranoia, a three part comedy video.

Towards the end of 2010, the RNC began to spy on the Kingdom of Varrock. Their goal was to gain Rogues' Castle back from the World 83 clan. After being denied a war, the RNC released a parody video of KOV to the song, the YMCA.

2011

2011 brought changes to the RNC's system. Ashandarei (only a Kazenin at this time) designed new exams for the ranks. After five years of service to the RNC, Aragorn93907 (Wolf Soul) became an Alpha early in the year.

The potential war between the Rogue Ninja Civilization and the Kingdom of Varrock had also ceased due to a certain "Romeo and Juliet" incident (Shiki and Emu *cough*). The RNC and KOV became really good allies and started doing many group events together.

During March, the clan learned that the next RS Player Art Gallery would have a clan theme. Shiki decided to work on a piece and submitted it on March 30th, and on April 11th, it was inducted into the 21st Player Art Gallery. The piece is a drawing of the Sensei in Training, sensei, and leaders of the RNC.

I accomplished Ranged first at the start of E.O.C. (97-99).
On OSRS during my Kinsha Knight roleplay I gained pictures of slaying 9 people alone.
