We use a very simple ranking system, new members can expect to remain at recruit rank until we get to check on how they are fitting into the clan. During this time some gentle assistance with the clan rules and guidelines will be given, if needed.

From Corporal to General, you will gain a rank for each 5 million xp gained while in the clan. This isn't set at a high amount and is aimed at being comfortably achievable by low level accounts.

Once you are a General, you can choose to stay at that rank and stay free of clan responsibility or you can let the leaders know that you would like to become an Administrator. Ranking to Administrator is the point at which you are considered a clan officer. You may also be asked if you are interested in becoming an Administrator. Whether you notify your interest or you are invited, you will be assessed on your level of clan participation and how well you are following the P R I M E principles.

The following activities count as active clan participation for Recruit to General Ranks:

- Cap at citadel;
- Be active and friendly in cc;
- Assist other clannies when you can and as you are able;
- Recruit new members;
- Attend events and clan activities;
- Bump this thread.

If you do go beyond General but do not participate in the clan, say for example if you rarely summon the clan avatar, you will be set back to General. This is not disciplinary in any way, just simply recognition that you would rather be a casual player and part of the community, but without any tasks to do.

Administrator (Bronze Medallion) can summon the clan avatar and is starting to learn clan administration;

Organizer (Silver Medallion) - expected to be assisting with scheduled clan events / activities or running small ones themselves and offering assistance to clannies as needed (for instance, spontaneous boss trips) - also expected to be doing Avatar wardening still - beginning to participate in clan dg fc or pvm teaching as a mentor;

Coordinator (Gold Medallion) - can participate in Clan Council meetings voluntarily, these are long term clan members who have proven that they are helpful, friendly and respectful or who have retired from a clan council rank - expected to monitor cc if they are highest officer in game - expected to be doing Avatar wardeing still.

CLAN COUNCIL:

Overseer (Bronze Key) - can be asked to undertake clan administration as needed, responsible for organizing activities / events and answering questions and monitoring cc;

Deputy Owner (Silver Key) - responsible for most aspects of clan administration as well as organizing activities / events and answering questions, as well as monitoring cc - can manage citadel locks;

Clan Leader (Gold Key) - responsible for all clan administration, such as activity records and information about the clan - responsible for citadel targets and upgrades - can make executive decisions when absolutely necessary.

- We are a mainly P2P clan therefore require members to have active RS membership but will recruit people who are planning to get membership and also will not kick members who's membership lapses; Also, alt accounts do not have to maintain membership.

- We do check for inactive members by checking for zero xp gain over each 6 month period. If you have low xp gained in the clan plus have NO activity for 6 months, your account will be cleared. Accounts with high xp in clan or with minimal xp gain will be given more leniency and may still be cleared after 6 months but may be allowed up to 1 year with an assessment by at least 2 members of the Clan Council.

- The Clan Leader and Deputy Owners must not be absent without prior arrangement for more than 2 weeks, and 1 month for Overseers or they will be demoted to Coordinator; Other officers will be set to General after 3 months of inactivity.

- If you decide to leave the clan you will have to be approved to rejoin by the Clan Council - we have good procedures for grievances so please if something is not working for you always use these as a first option;

- We are a clan governed by a Clan Council rather than a command-and-control model. The Clan Council consists of the Clan Leader, Deputy Owners and Overseers who collectively manage clan decisions (mostly relating to administration matters and day to day management of the clan);

- All clan members can give input into the clan via monthly Open Clan meetings where the mandate of the Clan Council can be changed, rules and guidelines adjusted etc and any grievances raised;

- The Clan Council's performance is reviewed every 4 months (April, August and December) and clan members can choose to vote out any members of the Clan Council;

- There will be a maximum of 7 Deputy Owners and Overseers at any time based on our current clan size;

- The Rank of Coordinator is set aside for long term clan members or retired members of the Clan Council - however activity is still a requirement;

All clan members, regardless of length of time in the clan, game total level or any other personal characteristic, will be treated equally. We follow the golden rule - that is, treat others as you like to be treated. We are all real people playing a game for fun and relaxation and common courtesy is simple to understand and enact.

Clan members have the right to feel safe in expressing themselves in the clan chat without other clan members belittling their comments, achievements or levels in any way. Clan members who do belittle others or boast about having higher levels or stats, better skills or techniques etc. will be considered in breech of this members rights statement.

If there is an argument between one or more individuals or groups of individuals, all parties will be asked to read and acknowledge this statement.

All members have the right to call for a Clan Council decision on situations where they consider others in the clan are breaching these members rights. Contact any key rank clan member to discuss this.

All complaints (about other clannies, the application of rules or appeals against a disciplinary action) can be made to the Clan Council. To start the process off, simply approach one of the key rank clan members.

Any complaints received will be assessed by a quorum of at least 5 members of the Clan Council and a decision reached.

Information will be sought from all involved parties. Screenshots are useful if they can be provided. Any one raising false or frivolous grievances will be disciplined themselves.

We will be working hard together to build our citadel, but regardless of this, capping IS NOT mandatory.

We do ask that everyone visits the citadel each week, and if you do decide to cap, you can maintain fealty by getting to the point where you get the bonus xp message (approximately 500 clicks).

To access the avatar's skilling bonus buff, clannies need to collect and pay 300 anagogic orts each week, which can be paid directly to the avatar or to the Quartermaster in the citadel keep.

We have 2 avatars only, so it is very important for Avatar Wardens to bring an avatar out with a skilling buff onto World 103 as a priority, avoiding restricted areas also.

Avatar Wardens MUST dismiss avatars before logging out or even if they may lobby. Repeatedly logging off with an avatar will result in loss of avatar warden priviledges. If you are having connection problems, don't risk it.

Ava wardens are expected to watch the cc for clannies asking where the avatar is located. Remember also to call your location every 30 minutes approximately.

When there is an avatar (Avatar 1) on world 103 with the skilling buff, another (Avatar 2) can be summoned and used with any buff, on any unrestricted world. If Avatar 1 is dismissed, Avatar 2 should be relocated as soon as convenient and within the hour, and if there is no one available to take out Avatar 1 again.

It is important to ensure good avatar coverage with skilling bonus buff on World 103. Wardens may be requested to stay at a bank/bank chest for a while and must be willing to do this sometimes. Also if you have had an avatar out for a few hours, make sure to check if any one else wants to take over. It is important to balance this so the whole clan gets the benefit of the avatars, and that everybody with avatar warden permissions has a chance to get the maximum skill bonus for a reasonable share of the time.

Our events and activities will be in line with whatever clannies need and will also line up with game updates and special events. We like to help people with their completionist cape / trimmed completionist cape requirements where we can.

Our PvM trips cover the full range of bosses, regular ROTS and Vorago trips happen, and we will always attempt to get a raid team together (with the assistance of our strong network of allied clans).

Deputy Owners and Overseers will be responsible for organizing various events and activities, and may request other officers to assist them. If you want to gain rank in the clan, assisting with events is one of the pathways.
