The Monarchy is responsible for the daily governing of the Kingdom. It consists of a King, Queen, Heir Prince, Heir Princess, and any other Princes and Princesses as needed at any given time. A number of Royal Advisor's are elected as required.

The King and/or Queen is responsible for the entire Kingdom. They have the ultimate say on all matters, but vest a large amount of trust and power in those under them to allow the accomplishment of tasks that one person cannot do alone.

Princes and Princesses rule the Kingdom in the absence of the King/Queen. They oversee the Branches at the highest level, mainly through gathering information from Lords and Ladies and setting goals for the Branches to meet in the times ahead. Princes and Princesses can override authority under them, but should reserve the choice to do so unless in extreme situations. The Heir Prince/Princess is equal to normal Princes/Princesses except in matters of ascension.

Royal Advisors are hand-picked members with extensive POC experience and advise the royals on matters of governance. This is an honorary rank and has no special powers or equivalent clanchat rank.

The Government

The Government consists of Lords and Ladies chosen by the Monarchy. Each Lord/Lady is in charge of a specific branch of government and may appoint a Baron or Baroness to assist them with their duties.

«†» The Ambassador is responsible for handling the Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom, including the review of ally applications and the planning of allied events. They may appoint a Shadow Ambassador to assist them in their duties.

«†» The Herald is responsible for maintaining the Citadel as well as organising wide scale events (things such as coronations, where multiple clans are invited). They may appoint an Assistant Herald to assist them in their duties.

«†» The Warlord is the military commander of the clan. They command the army in wars and host raids to vanquish beasts that are a threat to the clan. They may appoint a Lieutenant to assist them in their duties.

«†» The Loremaster is responsible for maintaining the clan's lore and history, as well as encouraging and overseeing Roleplay. They may appoint a Notary to assist them in their duties.

Section I: Rules of Runescape
Above all things the rules that Jagex have in place is the law of the land, and it is expected that all of our members follow them.

Section II: Clan Chat
Please be informed that we more lenient when it comes to language but there is specific restriction that must be followed.

Article I: Spamming

Spamming within the clan chat will be greeted with a warning, continuing to do so after receiving a warning may get you kicked. This rule will also apply towards the clan forums and even threads of others.

Article II: Language

he follow should not be seen in the clan chat. If such language is seen in the chat, you will be messaged by a high ranked member
o Discrimination of any kind, whether based on another player’s race, nationality, gender, personal orientation or religious beliefs
o Solicitation
o Threatening another player, or bullying of any kind
o Spamming or disruptive behavior
-Note: Mild language is allowed on a discretionary basis. If we believe it is getting to much, it will be announced and it is expected that it is toned-down. If it does not stop, action will be taken.

Section II: Scamming and Luring
If in anyway someone is found to have scammed or lured someone from the clan or outside the clan, they will be kicked from the clan. The Arcane Kingdom

Section III: Clan Citadel
The Clan citadel is a symbol of power and success. We want to show that we are a growing clan and a successful one at that, so we rely on our members to visit the citadel and to cap on resources for citadel’s weekly upkeep and upgrades.

Article I: Visiting

We strongly expect our member to take a quick minute to visit the citadel. So long as we meet our weekly number, it will not be a problem what so ever.

Article II: Capping
---------------------
Though not mandatory, we strongly recommend members to cap at the citadel as it goes towards the citadels upkeep and upgrades but it does benefit the player with experience. Please note there will be circumstances where it will be mandatory.
o If we are getting the point where it seems we may not meet the upkeep or upgrades, you may be called upon the cap.
o If we find that you never have capped at the citadel for an excessive amount of time, you will be called upon to cap. The Arcane Kingdom

The Kingdom Treasury is strictly run off of the donations of its Citizens and its Royals. The Treasury is to be used for events, times of war, supplies, the forum and anything we see fit for the wellbeing of the Kingdom.

Donations of gold or items are to be handed to the King or Queen to be recorded here. Personal Treasury Donation Records will be recorded in the Clan Forum.

In a time of a group event that turns into profit, we do ask for a small donation from the profit made during an event to go into the treasury.

On June 24,2016, The Arcane Kingdom will be celebrating its One Year Anniversary!

We cannot thank all our members past and present for their contributions that have gone towards this clan. We are planning to do something for the momentous occasion but we need some help in planning some stuff. So starting today we would like to see some posts with some possible ideas that we can take into consideration to put forward to the celebrations.
