Citadel Update

Still working on getting upkeep which needs 163 wood, 80 precious bars, 700 cloth and 520 rations.
Once this has been completed we will be carrying on with building tier 7 which is

95% complete

We have had 11 visitors so far this week so need 19 more before next wednesday

Upkeep has now been met so we are carrying on with building tier 7 which is

We need 7075 metal bars and 22347 precious bars.
