Job/Rank for which you you are applying: Deputy of Recruitment & Player development office.

Why do you deserve this new rank and/or position: I've been quite active in the clan since I joined in May 2016, and I think I've been a regular and reliable member of the avatar warden team - capping almost all weeks since I joined (with the exception of the breaks I had from the game over 2016 summer due to work) but especially since I was given the position. I also do help out the recruitment team where possible in terms of inviting new members to the clan, and I see my next progression as a clan member taking on some more responsibility in this role.

If applying for a Dept. Manager or Deputy, what are some talents or experience that will allow you to succeed in this new role: Regular help with forum management (although I have slacked on this recently), regularly inviting new members to the clan and I have recruited a few members as well.

If applying for a Dept. Manager or Deputy, who or what encouraged you: Mostly the work of Jan on the forum team and I'd like to support Scott & Blue with their recruitment work. Essentially, I'd really love to see the clan flourish even more than it has done recently and I think I can play an active part in that!

PS: I will pledge to continue to cap every week, as I have as an avatar warden, if I'm successful in getting this role. The Outcast as of 03/05/2016 - Council Member
