7. Yes, my brightest of skills are head of ranking and citadel
8. I have done this in 4 different clans over the course of 10 years, but i created effective ranking systems and followed up with them at whatever upkeep that was set to keep ranking up to date. As well, i set every week's citadel goals and did my best to ensure that the weekly upkeep was met.

10. Not very often, but it is subject to change depending on how much it may be needed.
11. My strengths are my leadership skills. I am a sergeant with the South Carolina Highway Patrol and i was of the same rank with a previous agency, therefore, leadership is basically beaten into me. My biggest flaw would more than likely be my inability to be 100% active. i am fairly active, and i could be active according to my specific duties, however, i have responsibilities in my real life (family, work, etc.)
12. Depending on my duties required, i will do my very best to withhold my responsibilities. Given the circumstances, i will do whatever is asked of me in accordance to what i am required to do with my given job within the council.
13. Not directly as most of my friends play with their pm off. i don't accept just anyone as friends to reduce drama while playing.
