Do you any prior clan experience?
Yes, a few years ago I spent around a year with Guthix Halos where I attained Lieutenant. Up until today I was with Chivalric Paladins where I also made Lieutenant but they restructured the clan ranking system and didn't seem to be as skill related or social as I was hoping for so I left.
What is your time zone?
Mountain Time Zone UTC (I'm in AZ)
Do you have skype, facebook and/or twitter?
I have Facebook and I believe I have skype as well, though I'd have to double check, no Twitter.

Are you willing to cap on the citadel?
Yes, especially since you stated the plots are unlocked, I love the sound of that, wont have to try and compete with my fellow clannies for resources come tick day.
Do you have any friends that would like to bring with you into this clan?
None that meet the level reqs currently, but perhaps in a few months.
