Good to hear you're fairly active. I understand shift work, I'm in the same boat
We'd be happy to teach any sort of boss you're interested in, I'm sure we'll help you progress pvm ability overtime.
We're non elitist, you'll just need to have some sort of interest in bossing. We're a bunch of good people going about their day doing bossing & training towards max. Sounds like you'd fit right in!
