timar we need to start making events mandatory.

i had a bandos event planed for almost a week in advance

there was 15+ people in clan during event

4 people went

2 people couldn't go due to storm and work those where reasonable to not be mad at.
and rest just didn't go.

i know it seems hard and unreasonble to force people but it can be done first thing is to set up a week of event to happen at that time. and then take a list of who went how many where in cc at time of event and how many went.

i want to start with once a week mandatory to attend as it can be hard and as we have more events then up it to 2 at most. that way we have stuff to base ranks off of other then being nice and following clan rules.

We have made clan wars events mandatory for all people who are online.I am not too sure about making events in general the same as takes the "fun" out of them if you have to attend.However, i am happy to say that promotions will de dependant on attending events and bumping thread etc.Need people to be more active in clan and do believe it is time to recruit more active people.I will try to do this and hope you all can help with this?
As for citadels?I think we might need to make it mandatory that all clan members go there and help out once a week.As there are limits to how much an idividual can do there we all need to go.This seems fair as you all have a whole week to go there for an hour or two and least we can all do for the clan.Also, there are some new admin titles and a battle map maker to look into.
Any ideas on citadels welcome.
