B Boy i am going to sweep imm_rtb sunday as its full and take off inactive members etc unless you would rather i wait?Want to say that a clan rule is we dont "report" within cc.If you have a problem talk to a higher rank and the person will be dealt with in the clan.
I am thinking of having a clan get together this sunday say 7-7,30pm GMT.Catch up and resolve any issues that people might have.You dont have to attend but all welcome and good if we make a regular time every couple of weeks for a clan meeting.Not saying this will be on sundays as we need to find a time to suit as many people as possible.

omg i am tired of seeing this time after time. i know this is a clan that likes to just chill but still no one will attend a event when it is offered. i think we need to make a rule to attend a event once a weekand make a log of the event and who went.

today vexx asked me if i could host a zammy event i said i would i go online to host it no one wants to go and only tank i could get had to go soon. i offer bandos instead cause i can tank bandos and no one wanted to go.

i then offer everyone who went 200k just to go to the event.

that 200k basicly said they got to go for free and they made a bit of money. or helped for there supplies. but still no one would go. i think events need to be manditory.

this isn't just up to a event leader to make a event any ranked or friend of clan can make a event just have to tell people i think we need this as people will not go when they want to do something else cause it doesn't affect them when they don't go.

this helps in deciding who gets a rank as it shows who is being active and participating in clan events.

i know sometimes people just can't make it cause they have to go. or other reasons such as skill levels are not there.
didn't do the quest needed or don't have gear.

but still no one is going to any events.

that is why i think events need to be manditory for at least once a week.

the issue with that is....we don't want to be like some of the other clans as far as events go. I have seen it on a million threads...manditory 3 events a week or you are kicked from clan. We don't want to FORCE people to go to events if they don't want to go to events. I do realize that there is inactiveness and they should not have to go if they don't want to. But maybe part of the issue is that people just don't want to do certain things. I remember when I solo'd corp a few days ago, 6 out of the 7 people came (to watch me die...I didn't :P ). So i asked if they wanted to go corp event or even gwd? and none of them wanted to. Thats when i realized...some people just don't want to do boss events..which face it...that is all we ever do. I think we need to do more mini game, skill, and pvp events as opposed to ONLY EVER doing boss events
