k so alot of you probably know about me and clan fights.... i've talked to b boy, never got 100% answer... talked to vexx... he didnt have an answer, and timar i dont see you on alot so this is mainly to you... Me and latty got ranked bronze stars at the same time by b boy. and not long after that latty got ranked to silver... i talked to b boy and asked why she got promoted and i didnt... (this has no offense to latty) but i did more events and was bumping tons more at the time... and i continued to bump and do events... and still wasnt ranked... so i talked to vexx today in pm.. and i asked him why latty got promoted... and he said (vexx correct me if im wrong) its 2 leaders that have to agree on somebody being ranked. i said.. ok but why did latty get ranked? he said because she bumped and hosted events... i said but i bumped more, and i hosted more events, and i said... so why did latty get ranked? and he had no answer... so what im asking you timar/b boy/vexx... is why did somebody who did less get ranked faster? please just give me a simple answer.( and because latty was in chat for so long is why she got ranked doesn't really work for me because from my understanding latty got ranked from smile to bronze for being in chat for so long.) I am not asking for a rank, i am not complaining about my rank.. i am asking why she got ranked first.

Tough question to answer Demolay as i wasnt involved in her ranking.Am glad you have nothing against Latty as it was nothing to do with her as far as i am aware.To get an exact answer i would have to talk to Vexx and B Boy about it which of course i will do for you.
Sometimes a person is ranked for a great individual act or for being very supportive of other clan members.Sometimes,its a question of hosting events,being in cc,bumping and being a positive influence in cc.This doesnt mean that people get ranked at same pace or at same time and also doesnt mean we are unaware of people who are doing good things within the clan as we dont tend to give high ranks out to lots of people at the same time.Ranking is never just about amount of time in clan.Even though alot of high ranks have, for obvious reasons, been in the clan a long time.We also try to avoid too many people on the same rank and the higher you get the harder the rank is to achieve.You will notice that Latty isnt a general.
It is possible in this specific case that due to being a very high level player with alot of 99s and therefore, having the ability to truly help lower level clan members that B Boy and Vexx felt it would be a positive thing to make Latty a Captain earlier than would usually be the case.That people could then go to her for assists or item lends or even for knowledge on aspects of the game that she has a large amount of experience in.I hope that Latty takes a more active role in clan with events etc.As i said i will ask Vexx and B Boy in game or else i am sure they will post here.
Another matter of interest is Jagex having a keen interest in clans right now with alot of updates for clans coming up this year.The interface is going to be improved and more events planned.It seems to be that they see clans as very important and want more people to join them.I know we all want our clan to prosper and i feel we need to arrange more events and hope you can all help with this.

Yea, I havn't been talking much or hosting any events recently, but in about a week or so (or possibly now) when i finish a few things, im gunna start hosting a lot of events again. I encourage anyone to host events though, no matter what rank. All it takes is 2+ people and an idea and an event is on the way :)

Molay you remind me of me so much...when jettie/luke got gen before I did when i was in clan longer and I felt i bumped more and did more events. But when did I get ranked general? It wasn't when i griped and complained. It was when I just stopped worrying about it.

Timar~ so what you are saying timar is part of the reason that latty got ranked faster than me is because she is a higher level... if this is true then i should go join a lower level clan so i will get more respect, and or be treated equal. or maybe that other clan will just do the common sense and treat/rank all according to attitude/bumping/events.

D K 8 8, you said within a week or two... this has been brought up over 2 months ago. and b boy himself said i deserved a rank.

Vexx ~you told me you and timar decided on the rank, but timar said he wasnt involved...

B Boy~ sorry but this has been goin on too long and im still without an answer so i asked others...

Svorac~ although you don't read forums i dont think... you an ass, and your going on my ignore. and im not mad because of my rank as much as why others are getting ranked who do less.

Semb~ there is nothing irl that is affecting this decision other than if this clan keeps treating me like **** i'll quit it and prob runescape and go to xbox live. and svo is the one that started that little fight. not me so dont accuse me.

its starting a fight.. its like me asking you if your still getting into other people's irl business. it'd make you a lil mad... ask a serial killer if he still wants to go to prison.... those arnt the best examples but i hope you get the point

he realy wasn't starting a fight he was trying to say it in a way to see if you where feeling better not in a way to start a fight. people type things one way to them this sounds right but to others it doesn't. and plz don't start with me always butting in. i just saying this to object to your comment and say a possible meaning.
