Player Owned Cities have been around for well over a decade; and as anyone who has joined a POC can tell you they are some of the most interesting and fun clans to be in. In the present day, POCs are sadly not as popular as they once were. Attempting to preserve our legacy by creating a complete history of POCs would be an impossible task, and if ever accomplished could not possibly fit on one forum thread. Instead, join me in remembering the people who have made it all possible.
This thread is my own creation and while I will try and remain as unbiased as possible it should still by no means be considered *definitive’. My criteria for picking people is basically anyone who has had a strong influence on the POC community. This means that leaders, citizens and even non-poc members who have influenced the POC world are all eligible to join, whether we regard their influence as positive or negative. In addition, this is a hall of fame for the POC community as a whole and not for specific sub-communities like w83 or w31.
You may of course disagree with one of the choices, or feel that somebody deserves to be on the list but isn’t. If so you are welcome to make your suggestions but try to keep it as civil as possible. You may also find that some are missing descriptions or have a very short description, any help you can offer in that regard would be appreciated!
