Founder of the Empire of Zaros, and strongly responsible for it’s rise from a tiny clan to one of the most powerful POCs. Under Hank, EOZ was for a long period the dominant force on w31 and also strongly influenced the w60 community. Opinions on Hank vary but most agree he was a good clan leader.

Jor Ul(f)rsson (Jac Redstar):

Jac was the original founder of The Fremennik Empire in 2009; which was recently restablished as 'The Fremennik'. Was an important member of the w31 community and its successors. Remembered for his controversial ideas which he believes are necessary for preservation of the POC community.

The leader of The Grand Alliance, the largest POC union in history. Comprising Kingdoms, Empires, Republics, and Mafias spanning several worlds TGA was the hub for a lot of POCs to interact. Juju was also an officer in the 99th Mafia. ·•·

Despite infamously hopping between clans, Kiru is remembered for leading the UKoC on w84 and later w83. He was one of the more powerful people in w31 while leading his clan Kingdom of Galadhrim and became the leader of the Free Alliance of w31, the last of the military-political alliances of that kind. Following Termin's defeat, The Roman Empire gave UKoC the right to occupy IRE effectively making Kiru the current Kaiser of IRE.

One of the people who has had the greatest impact on w83. His reign as King of Varrock was notable for the many bold decisions he took, including his removal of people from the hall of fame and sparking Mafia City and the coalition’s war against KOV. He was demoted by popular vote. Despite his demotion he has remained loyal to KOV years later and is also notable for being one of founding members of Zirak Kingdom. ·•·

Originally an important figure in the w60/31 communities, having held positions in KOF and other clans. Led multiple small and unsuccessful clans for a long time; eventually creating the Kingdom of Zaros, which was a respectable and successful clan.

As a result, he has had a main role in shaping w83 into what it is today. Was also a respected and influential member of the Mafia community, but they have their own Hall of Fame. :P
