The founder and leader of the Empire of Swords, a W83 powerhouse from 2012-2014. During his tenure the Empire grew slowly but eventually rose to prominence during the Coalition conflict against KOV and then on KOV's side in The Regal Entente against Zirak, Mafia City, and Burgoyne. In these conflicts EOS distinguished themselves as a force to be reckoned with. He was also Emperor of EOF for a short period in 2008.

Most prominently known for his efforts in KOV, which ultimately contributed to its success at the time. During his tenure, he played major roles in the Coalition conflict, the reparation of the alliance between KOV and EOS, and the creation of the short-lived Regal Entente. After his time in KOV, he notably moved on to fulfill high-ranking positions in the Guardians of Seren and the Iron**ard Alliance. ·•·

Termin8u2 (Louis XIV):

One of the main players on the w60 POC scene, he was the founder of the Imperial Runescape Empire and the Holy Roman Empire (Alliance). Later created the Kingdom of France. Remembered for his comical laws and antics as well as leading the wars against TRE and it's allies. ·•·

Was perhaps the greatest leader of the Kingdom of Ashdale, responsible for turning it into a prominent POC. Remembered for heading the efforts to revive POCs and being a founding member of several "communities" including the w103 community. Participated in w31 politics. Founded multiple POCs including the Imperium of Sorcery which he currently leads. ·•·

The man responsible for creating the Kingdom of Varrock in 2006, which is the longest running POC in history. He was one of its longer leaders and years later returned to become King for a 2nd period. He is remembered as a great king and friend and is undoubtedly one of the people who most greatly shaped the w83 and POC community as a whole. It is during his second reign that high ranking members of KOV left to help create the Zirak Kingdom. ·•·

Yarrielle is regarded by many (myself included) as the best leader in POC history. She is the only leader of KOV to have been elected Queen by a public poll, winning by a landslide majority. She removed many of her enemies from power, most notably exiling then king Ryanc. Regardless, under her reign KOV was at its most prosperous and her influence on the POC community cannot be denied. After leaving KOV she formed the Kingdom of the West, which became a respectable POC in its own right.

The King of KOV and continued it down its path of unprecedented prosperity. He eventually left during an internal conflict and became the leader of the Kingdom of Ashdale once again bringing them to prominence. During this time he helped to found the W103 POC community establishing the first direct competitor to W83 in a couple of years. ·•·
