Oh boy, I wish I knew what those edited posts were.
Seems I missed something.
I wouldn't be against a sort of council either, though I'm not sure who would even be willing to be on it. I think I saw it mentioned before that there really aren't many "veterans" around nowadays, and again, even less that would be willing to be a part of this council. Then there is the point, that again I believe was mentioned, of "what makes someone a veteran" that comes into play.
So, for now I'm just going to sit around and try to help as much as I possibly can, though I don't feel as there is a whole lot of discussion going on, or that will be going on in the future. We just need some more active faces on this thread.

I went through the history just now to see what you found suspicious--couldn't figure it out. Can you point to the post(s)? (I'm just genuinely curious cause I'm bored.)

Mainly because his application to Zirak Kingdom says the only other clan he's been in was a "small clanchat only clan"; but yet he seems to have made a list of suggested inductees from POC history of forever ago to the Hall of Fame.
He also seems to be a user of what you so graciously described as a smiley you adopted from sound =]
