I passed the test!!!! (and Dark Incred too, rofl)(the elflands survival test)

ElvenBroKing I made a report/guide of our adventure. (with our goal, pictures and, tests of all possible ways to survive...) 1 thing, it goes veeeeeeeeery slow :p but in the end, it was fun.

Great idea Joe and ElvenBroKing, I now feel like a real elf! :)

The Vanyar Test (report from Dark Incred & me)

Goal: Starting with totally no stuff in lettya and return to the human world with green d hide body and willow long (possible extra: tyras helmet?)

Requirments:
•Roving elves
•Mourning ends part II
•Patience!!!!! (in bad cases this adventure can last 5 hours)

1.Willow Long
Money making:
•No hatchets available
•Fishing rod but no bait available
•Pickpocketing of elves but 85 thief needed (dark_Incred and me did*’t have that)
•Flax but they are only 3gp in general store so amazingly slow
•Rabbits and chickens for meat selling at generals available

Rabbits (and chickens):
•Lots of rabbits available
•starting at 28gp each in general store and charter store

-> Willow long at archer store with money

2.Green d hide body
Only way = killing elven warriors/archers

Weapons(money from rabbits and drops):
•Halberd store (better then ranging weaps against elven archers)
•Archer store (willow long can be used)
Food:
•Rabbits cooked on fire in elf camp or cooking range in lettya (tinderbox available but useless because no hatchets)
Prayer:
•Altar in Lettya

-> Green d hide body as drop

3.Tyras helm
•Buy at charter store with money from chickens and rabbits

Extra Info: Poison and traps are dangerous! No shop with anti!!

Nice guide, Vanyar.


Others may want to test themselves with variations....

The test is this - "Go to elf camp with nothing. Stay in that area, start with no items carried or equiped at all, find food and kill Warior Elves until you have some armour and weapons, then you have passed the test."


Can you do it to show *you* are a Warrior-type Elf?
