In other news...
The Election System has been modified to to allow a minimum rank of Veteran(Bronze star) to cast a vote. The three-bar rank may still be voted for and elected.
Reaching the rank of Veteran now constitutes at least 12 months of activity within the clan *OR* recorded attendance of at least 75 events.
A "Freeform Event" may be attended and counted towards your attendance if it meets the appropriate specifications:
Total attendance must be a minimum of 4 people. Clan friends(smileys in the CC) or your own friends are not counted towards this total.
There must be at least one Council Member, one Lieutenant, or two Veterans in attendance to confirm that specifications are followed.

So to put it all simply, only vet+ can vote now.
Three bars can still rank up to lt or even council if people vote for them.
Veteran just got *waaay* easier to get if you just attend events.
"Freeform Events" means people in wierd timezones or who are busy at event time can still gain attendance.
On a side note, we need a new rec thread with Vol gone.
