Good point, one of the points to focus upon in the future would be to create and maintain positive relations with other unions and the clan community itself. There are two ways, one would be to host allied-union events like we did last month with Runescape World Alliance, another one would be through forums.

This point has been brought up at the last meeting, expect more events (one or more per week) once we have the staff up and running. Ofcourse, with a vast amount of events clans aren't expected to attend all of them. At the end of each month we plan one last and big event.

At the meeting a majority of the clans agreed the friend's chat would be the most easiest to use for them and the union (regarding the third clan chat channel). At the moment it tends to be empty, but I'm making work to advertise the chat properly. In the meantime I support all to advertise the union friend's chat within the clan, it would be great to meet fellow leadership (and possible members) besides the regular representatives who I meet on these forums and in-game.

Agreed, I think the main reason for this would be due the clan updates. Clans are more orientated around their clan page and in-game and therefore spend less time on the main forums. Personally, I don't have problems with it, if we manage to advertise the friend's chat properly and have a vast amount of Kacklers in there!
