Lyra drew the line over 2 years ago and banned the player who has caused the fc more trouble than any kos ever possibly could though? Thanks for the suggestion though, I guess.

The fc has a problem and it's not me and never was. Same situation over and over again for years with multiple players and always denial. Always dishonesty and failure to owe up. Ranks should be honest and trustworthy above all else...It's the first thing in the kick rank guidelines...No rank should have a free pass to harass players for personal reasons on a habitual basis!

That's all I have to say about that.

Regarding all the phat pcing fcs:. I remember a mod had written that price checking fcs had to be legit fcs open to the public, have a home page and rank list etc. Was that in the post about manipulation? Maybe someone else remembers where that is and can use it to shut this fiasco down? I haven't checked but I don't think they all do.

At least quark is still the only source for lowers, edibles, xmas, and cracker...

Jmods only care about mxt updates; they have yet to act on their original statement.

Here it is, highlighted in red, and it's still open for replies. It's a sticky on top of the item discussion main page along with the price manipulation one.

So nothing can be done? Where is this jmod manip monitoring?

And the fmods are not enforcing the zero tolerance policy either.

It's only been a year, does Jagex have that short of a memory?

V41 has become a joke with so many phat pricing fcs, some of which are posting what appear to be blatantly false/manipulative prices.

Hi everyone,

Due to recent activity on the Item discussion forums, it has been made clear that changes need to be made to ensure that these forums remain healthy and can remain as a forum.

As such, moderation of item discussion will be returned to that found in the normal code of conduct. Price manipulation should no longer be reported to forum help, and any buyers or sellers of items should not 100% trust prices that are listed here . If you are a buyer or a seller, doing thorough research should be paramount to your transaction, and you should be aware that prices listed on these forums may be inaccurate.

In addition, all price-checking friends chats or clans should create a thread with their members being listed on the first page. This is so that all members price-checking on behalf of a friends chat can be verified.


A quick reminder that all posts must abide by the code of conduct, which can be read <a href="http://services.runescape.com/m=forum/codeofconduct.ws">here</a>.

Please note that this post does not mean price manipulation is allowed. Anyone manipulating price on this forum still runs the risk of being permanently banned; however FMods will not be actioning reports made on Forum help in regards to Price manipulation. Rather, JMods will be monitoring the forums and taking action where appropriate.

Yeah I know but they have enforced it before and removed posts that were not from legitimate price checking fcs. They have everything they need to deal with this situation except, apparently, the desire to do so.

Edit: Well it looks like one of the fmods is indeed dealing with it.
