Umm...You've got like 30 kick ranks and demoted 2 trusted ranks from kick ranks last session. I've suggested this before, but perhaps an admin review of former star ranks who have been demoted by session voting before taking them below kick rank?

I didn't think veterans were voted on?

When's rank session? We haven't had one in a while.

We need to be better about having rank sessions every month.

Halvings will only deteriorate the number of ranks with kicking privileges, and as you have already pointed out, kick ranks are needed.

As for hosting a rank session monthly, for that to happen Lyra would have to give up the reins. Perhaps suggest a "vote" on Lyra if/when the next rank session occurs. I promise suggesting something such as that will have no impact on your rank or standing in the FC. Lyra won't punish you for making suggestions.
