I meant when are the rank sessions for the clan.

Ranks in the CC are based on capping at the Citadel. The ranks are based on the number of times you have capped, so inform one of the upper level ranks (organizer+) when you cap and one of us will promote you if you meet the necessary requirements. The higher rank you are, the more caps that are necessary to achieve the next rank. Once you hit admin, further ranks are given out on a case by case basis and a broader variety of factors are taken into consideration.

In other words, the CC and the FC are completely separate and run in a completely different manner.
