N02h was added to the KOS list for item scamming.
There is a thin line between item scamming and merchanting, the distinction in my eyes is that item scamming's goal is to deceive the other player of the item's value through using distracting tricks or pointing out the GE value, while merchanting involves negotiating to a price both players feel is fair.
We have a screenshot of N02h saying something along the lines of "270m sale for 230m", in which he'd put up a druid staff and bandos armor pieces. Any educated merchant would know the Druid staff is ~140-160m, and bandos pieces are very near or at their GE mid value. The way he stated his sale gave the impression that the items were truly worth 270m, and anybody who bought for his price would be getting a great deal - when in fact they'd be losing 70m+. This all revolved around distracting players to focus only on the GE value of the items and not the items themselves.
Hope this clears some things up.
