There always seems to be a drop in activity this time of year as students go back to school. It was the same last year at this time. This is from September 3rd last year, without the sarcasm though.

I try to contribute the best I can, but it's kind of hard to do when I'm not allowed in the FC :p

Lol cool, I'm pretty consistent with my complaints then

But the overall activity level has been down all summer so it'll probably be even worse now. I was simply implying there's always plenty of ranks in the fc who rarely take the initiative to try to help, whether it be by pcing, kicking kos, updating forums, monitoring the fc or compiling trades.
