Is it possible to claim unclaimed land even if it is nowhere near lands you currently own?

Only 2 ways this can happen, they must claim it one by one or that must be given to them by lex legacy. Due to Lex Legacy collapsing, all their land will go as unclaimed.

Land must have a transportation source to another land to claim, must be next door, or other clans must give permission to cross their land(s) to get to the land you desire to claim.

Kingdom of Ashdale is also leaving the world 31 community. It has been a fun run guys, but lately, the arguing and bickering has gotten old and we want to get out. Best of luck with keeping the community alive, I'm sure you can do it!

Due to the recent departures, I believe the votes that agreed to allow new clans to join are now invalid and we should revoke with the remaining community, and open the vote to individual claimers
