A Pillar of the w103 Community



"Welcome to The Kingdom of Isafdar! I am the Grand Elder and leader of our Elven Kingdom. Whether you are an elf, human, gnome, or goblin.. All are welcome in the Kingdom.

The world has changed since Seren brought the elves to Gielinor. Kingdoms have risen and fallen. Those that remain fight and bicker over land and resources. The Gods have returned and each fight the other over who will dominate Gielinor. In the wake of all this, our beautiful world is ravaged and the Anima Mundi is threatened once again. Without Guthix who will stand for the balance and security of Gielinor?

For too long the elves have remained isolated. Many believe us to be just legends or myth talked about amongst their children. The elves stand for harmony but we have done nothing to counter the tide. This ends today.. The elders have spoken, in the wake of the old kingdom I Sir Travis 2, am named Grand Elder and will forge the Kingdom of Isafdar into a force to be reckoned with and invite everyone to join our cause. Once all of the Elven lands are reunited under my rule we will march forth and restore Harmony to Gielinor before it is too late.”

The Kingdom of Isafdar is part of the ever-changing political landscape that makes up World 103 Gielinor. We interact with other nations in the realm with a strong and diplomatic attitude. Though the times ahead may grow rough, we will remain vigilant and just whilst securing the stability of our kingdom and the community.

What does our clan offer you?


We do everything Runescape has to offer. A wide range of PvM as well as a love for D&Ds and minigames. KOI is a very close-knitt clan that has always loved helping each other. If you work well with others or need people to chat with while you skill we want you! :D

We are also a POC clan. We act like a kingdom and participate in roleplay within the clan and within the w103 community. Furthermore, RP is not the only perk of the community. We have great relations with other clans in the community leading to joint events and games :P

Sometimes roleplay and lore will lead to war! ;) This is where PvP comes into play. Battle against other clans or in joint Clan or Castle Wars games.

Finally we have a Tier 6 Citadel, getting close to Tier 7 :P We offer 2 avatars that anyone can ask to use for better xp but we always try to have 1 out in world 103.

What is a Player-Owned City?


A Player-Owned City clan is a clan that has some roleplay aspects associated with it. We claim land which we rule over which makes us akin to an actual kingdom. We have kings, knights, armies, guards and all the like here! POC clans offer political roleplay, warring other nations, storylines that span kingdoms and much, much more!



Are there other Player-Owned Cities we will interact with?


Of course! The World 103 Community is home to many other POCs; all of which, we have unique relations with. For the most part, we all engage in diplomacy and warfare with each other.



Do I have to roleplay?


Absolutely not. Roleplay is of course encouraged and will definitely help you move up the ranks in our clan, but it is not mandatory.

In KOI we have Kingdom laws in place to ensure an organized, safe and fun place to live for all of our citizens. The following is to be obeyed by every citizen within our Kingdom.



RULES:

All Jagex rules apply

NO multiclanning

NO luring/scamming/killing clannies (this is an immediate kick)

Ongoing Runescape membership

No racist/Anti-LGBT/etc. chat allowed


Engaging in treasonous activity (includes, but is not limited to, sharing vital information with outsiders, and conspiring against the crown) will be met swiftly with a kick

Do not flame threads of the 103 POC community

Respect ALL leaders & clan mates / No harassing them either

No political/religion chat

Swearing is allowed, EXCESSIVE swearing is not.

NO spamming/begging in the CC



Other laws to follow:

Ranks Coordinator+ maintain the right to kick disruptive guests from the CC at any time (At their discretion)

Royals maintain the right to remove members from the clan that are engaging in heinous and prohibited behavior. When kicking members, screenshots of the chat/action must be provided to the Queen.

Inactivity sweeps will be held every 3 months. You will be swept if you haven’t logged on AND participated in an event (or capped) within 30 days unless you have submitted a LOA form.


Verification step: Write #savethefish at bottom of citizenship application.


Punishments:

1) Verbal warning (Via PM); Warning will be kept track of and will be reset every 30 days. 3 warnings within 30 days will result in a kick.

2) Muting (mutes range from 60 mins to 24 hours)

3) Temp-banning

4) Kicking from clan

The 8 elven clans have finally united and a new kingdom has emerged. Prifddinas is the oldest settlement in all of Gielinor having been created in the first age, yet most of the races in the East think us a story meant for children. While we have stayed isolated the world is ravaged by greed and those seeking power. It is the duty of the elves to bring harmony back to Gielinor. Send messengers to Isafdar to begin reforging the elven lands under one banner and when we are fully united the elves will emerge from Arandar and the world will know the will and valor of the Kingdom of Isafdar!
