+~ I would like to officially welcome all new clans and individual claimers!
+~ In a close vote, it was decided that individuals will only be allowed to vote on matters regarding them and not vote on matters regarding the entire w31 community (Passed 11 for 8 against)
+~ The thread holder will be the authority on issues regarding land claims (such as territorial disputes and minor claims). There will be a dispute/challenge app that can be posted which would result in a community wide vote on the matter (to be done on forums).
+~ It was suggested that the Grand Exchange and Clan Camp be made neutral territory but the suggestion was eventually decided against.
+~ Clans are allowed to recruit in each other's territory.
+~ New non POC clans wishing to join the community should post an application normally, but they require a 50% vote by other clans in order to join. This does not apply to individuals.
+~ There is a grace period of *one month during which regulations that have been recently passed cannot be challenged. Only one vote against.
+* It was unanimously decided that clans who apply after a war declaration is made may not participate in that war.
+* Wars for individual land will be fought by a militia of 10 members consisting of the individual and 9 others of his choosing. If a clan is involved they may only send 10 members to the war.
+~ The Kingdom of Ashdale declares war on the Kingdom of Zaros for Falador.
+~ Rezoziel and Wind Titan are clueless about everything. (A)
