I love it. Talon (burgoyne) killed W31.

Not that I think it's a bad thing -- it's a trifle that has lived much too long -- but if you guys do actually seek to preserve any semblance of your community you (used) to love, I have a quick solution which is within the bounds of your rules here :)

Simply vote Burgoyne, his "clan", and any mention of him out of dealings here. I mean, ultimately this entire system is only allowed to happen because you as a community decide that it should. You have power beyond what petty rules the "constitution" here may or may not have. So as a community, why not simply out him and go on? :P

I just figured I'd speak as a third-party person here who happens to know that Talon's "power" is all an illusion. He seeks to command your voice and decisions without any bite to his bark :P (some things never change).

We can't just wish away people we don't like. That's not how life works. We can avoid them but there is no reason to ban him from another community just because he used the rules to come out on top. I don't hate Burg by any stretch of the imagination.

Our whole point in leaving is so that we can have fun, and this world 31 fiasco was fun for Burg, who are we to tell him he can no longer participate?

Bottom line is that although we are leaving, banning someone from a community is not something I condone and I must disagree with you on the matter. I don't care if it is Burg and he wants to be KASH's enemy, we can at least be sportsmen about this and realize when one side has outsmarted the other. He obeyed all the rules, there would be no reason to vote to kick him out other than because we don't like him.

This will be my last post on this thread, best of luck to ALL of World 31.

On the contrary, in real life, you CAN exclude someone. The thing I'm hoping you and everyone will realize is that you have so many more options than what you allow for yourself here. He manipulated you all, he cheated you, and in doing so ruined what fun you had. You have the option to correct the situation. It's all a matter of looking past your self-directed sense of morality in the situation.

Actually Roi I believe that falls under the rules of a "blacklist" which Jagex has made against the rules after w42...well went crazy with it.

For those unaware: A blacklist was a list used to ban players/groups from your roleplay. With the tightening of rules on w42ers in regards to such a thing, I'm actually surprised half of this thread wasn't hidden lol.

You people. I swear!

It's very easy. You all have this Runescape-mindset. It's very very simple. Stay a while and listen:

Yeah, maybe outright saying "you are henceforth banned forever, mwuaha!!!" is a little too...blacklisty? But if *I* (for example) went ahead and said "I claim that big dead place above the Vruck city!" you'd either disregard it entirely or say "nope."

Same concept, babes...

It's like the little boy asking "why" a million times: drown him out. You needn't even regard him. Exclusion, not chains and shackles. Think outside the box, you Runescapians...
