A heads up to everyone that wishes to bring back the old ways of friend chat. Post your 99s and they shall be ranked. Our friend chat is "Catherby" same since 2007, same ranking system of old.

Rank issued in the friend chat. Sorry about the prior reply as I wasn't aware there was still a demand for friend chat actives and a rank system based around them 99s.
Ever since 2011 everyone stopped using friend chats and simply moved over to the new clan chat (when clan chat became friend chat, and a new clan chat system started).
Jagex is really confusing at times. I still don't fully understand the need for more than one chat.
