Q. Why can I only speak English?

A. Other languages are considered spam. We do not require our staff to be multi-lingual. Use private messaging for that.

Q. How do I report offenses?

A. If a rule is broken click the REPORT ABUSE button. We also accept reports on YouTube in the form of videos/images, or via Facebook inbox. (Never publish reports publicly.)

Q. What does this clan do?

A. We're a community not a clan. We provide events and the means for you to share events. Apart from a social hangout we discuss training methods, money tips, quest advice, evil trees, penguin hunting, star mining, drop parties, Dungeoneering, etc.

Advertisement

(Reference in clan-chat to other clan-chats. This includes advertisement of the W9HQ in other clan-chat channels or discrimination against chats used by other players of RuneScape.)

Avoidance

(Using alternate accounts to re-join the chat after one or more accounts by the same maker have already been found guilty of offense and banned from chat. Admitting to being the account name of a proven rule-offender will be listed under this rule offense.)

Disrespectful

(Disobedience to the demands of law and order, given forth from the minds of the Chat Moderators, and Chat Founder. Talking ill of other chat visitors and/or members, lacking a sense of compassion for the repercussion of words delivered. This includes discussion of all rule enforcement such as asking why a user has been removed from chat or questions as to whom issued the action.)

Disruptive

(Similar to 'Disrespectful,' yet under a broader guideline on limitation, to the area of all users of clan-chat, rather than simply with regard to the Chat Moderators/Founder. This form of 'Disrespectful' is the bridge between it, and 'Spam,' likewise with a few similarities to 'Offensive.')

Impersonation

(Production of a similar name to that of JaGeX, Player Moderators, Chat Moderators, Forum Moderators, or any user of the chat channel in hopes to discredit or reenact a likeness of the similar name used.)

Offensive

(Discrimination, Racism, Nationalism, Genocide, Religious Totalitarianism, Dictatorship, or any other form of segregation which is offensive to others in the chat channel.)

Spam

(Repeating something more than once. To the point it is redundant, and becomes and annoyance to those nearby, whom endure ignorance, beyond an acceptable measure. This also includes begging for trade or skill-aid.
Buying/Selling/Lending items is allowed.
Gambling is not.

World 9 History:
Apart from helping out clans of Runescape, W9HQ itself provides the best environment for everyone to work together, share stats, discuss penguins and star mining. Anything but rule-offenders and item-trades are permitted at W9HQ. And we rule with an iron fist to uphold such values as respect for one another, tolerance for training those new to Runescape, along with the needed tools for building self-esteem and motivation in the future of Runescape, through the new game users of today.

Ranking:
Generals
in Friend Chat are
Deputy Owners
and
Overseers
from Clan Chat. Earned by reporting rule offenders. This rank holds a direct power in W9HQ to kick abusive users.

Each of the lower ranks in Friend Chat are earned by the top members Old School (RS2). These ranks are earned by achieving a skill level of 99 in any of the 25 skills offered by Runescape, one rank per skill.

Every 30 days this list is cleared. First-post first-earn to the first 200 names earn rank starting on the 1st of each month.

Clan Recruitment:
If you are caught advertising W9HQ to other clans you will be banned from W9HQ. Similar respect goes to all rule offenders of malicious clans seeking to mooch members off W9HQ.

If you have been issued with a kick by one of ranks, be sure to obey their wishes for you to heed the rules of Runescape and that of W9HQ. If you are caught discussing your punishment within the chat channel - you shall be kicked along with any riot/support of a known offender. Your account(s) shall be black listed.

We pride ourselves on the fact that no matter the task at hand, a little devotion and hard work goes a long way. Not only do we have years of experience in each and every member of world 9, but we strive to perfect that which is lacking in ourselves through constructive feedback of our fellow members and free-users. By training new users in the ways of hard working toward your ultimate goals of life, we ourselves benefit from the process.
