We can now rank people above General for clan chat.
This means people that are general for so long due to the inability to save permission changes. Jagex FINALLY fixed this bug when they introduced the new Theatre emotes. So now we no longer have a fear of ranks higher than General being able to kick/ban clan members or downgrade/upgrade or altar the build cycle at citadel.
Thank god!
I've already gathered 800/1400 of the max resource. I'll gather the rest tomorrow. About to log in now to give away 1m to the daily rank on friend chat.

I'm beginning working toward 99 fletching and crafting as my next 2 goals. Already have 6.67k XP until 99 herblore and 99 prayer. So I've got 3 months to aim for another skill cape 5m drop party after those 2 maxed stats.
