Ah well my third time in Kov was rather interesting, shortly after my return I was asked by Queen Krisimay to start up a council in order to be the people's voices, this time the council members would be elected and the primary purpose of the council would be to basically just be a puppet show to calm the uneasiness of the citizens at the time who had been growing unhappy with certain aspects. So I agreed to start it back up, It wasn't until later after the elections took place and I had my councilors did we begin to realize that we were nothing more then a mere act in order to make the public happy, no real progress was being made. Now my memory is a little fuzzy with all the events that transpired but I will do my best to tell them as I remember.

During this period the royals at the time weren't doing a good job, people were being promoted due to being the friends with royals, so there was a cry of favoritism, some royals weren't hosting events or even doing their duties such as not being active in the clan chat or on the forums, and people were beginning to notice. So the council would conduct meetings (I believe this is the sequence of events) So in one of these meetings one of our councilors I believe Blarg discovered that one of the Royals did not post the sweep phrase but however was allowed to remain a Royal, so we pointed this out to the public on the forums and the citizens were upset that someone in a Royal position was given certain favoritism to be exempt, although it was such a minor case it was the principle that upset people and in the end this Royal ended stepping down. Some time after that we began to do Royal Reviews which would be posted on the forums, which would be consist of the councils assessment of the job the Royals indivdually had been doing, at let me say we hammered some of these people, which would result in Fierce Tigre's demotion from princess. I believe there was another but you would have to check Kov's history thread it has it.

So all this was just laying down the ground work, during all this we were butting heads with the Royals, the best way to put it is that it was two opposing group fighting each other over various issues. Things got really interesting when one of my councilors had a confrontation with Queen Krisimay, throughout this time those two had been constantly battling each other, but it finally escalated and it resulted in a meeting between my councilors and I and her in a clan chat, I do remember it had to with the subject of Bduke being promoted to Dragon Guard Commander after one day of joining Kov due to his friendship with Krisimay, and we felt as this promotion screamed favoritism and it should not be allowed. I can't remember what all was said but it was very long and drawn out, it was essentially us vs her. It then turned to Betawarrior vs her and in the end she decided to leave the Kingdom of Varrock that same night, I won't lie the Council viewed this as a victory, the conflict that had been going on with the Royals had been ongoing for a couple months and finally we had gotten rid of one the main sources of the problem.

Shortly after this we then saw the creation of the Zirak Kingdom which I always found suspicious, since Zirak was immediately started after she left the Kingdom of Varrock but that's none of my business *insert kermit the frog meme* As I stated earlier that Krisimay at one time was a really good friend of mine, and later down the road I did feel really bad for what had transpired during my time leading the Council and how I was partially if not responsible for her leaving the Kingdom of Varrock, and I did try to apologize for this later, however the apology was never accepted. So oh well.

My remaining time with the Council was spend still fighting some royals on various issues that I can't remember so it must of not been that relevant, but it wasn't as bad as it was before. However I do remember one instance in which Worm Man held a meeting asking the attendees asking if they think he should step down from being King and me and one of my councilors were the only ones who said yes, but besides that the conflict kind of subsided. I then started to become inactive a few months later and eventually stepped down from leading the council, and went inactive for a few months and I believe the council was disbanded during that time due to not being active and not really having a purpose and it hasn't been back since, I don't blame the royals for not bringing it back either, it was dangerous to them it showed them that a subclan could have the potential to get rid of them and in the end no rank can save you.

Well eventually I do become active in Kov and I get promoted to the rank of Lord once again and during this time Dan comes up with a Lord reform proposition and it eventually gets accepted and so we have the reformed system which remnants of it is still seen today in the way the Lord's work in the Kingdom of Varrock, it wasn't really interested and all I did was help with the ideas and getting it passed, you would have to talk to Dan if you want more knowledge about that, after being a Lord for a couple of months I decide to step down since I was about to become inactive and stop playing runescape for a while.

I ended by leave from Runescape for about a month and decided to venture out and join a new clan which I forgot the name but I eventually stumbled upon a POC called the Republic of Swords (now known as Empire of Swords) at the time and it reunited me with my old clan mate from KOY Sir Olson, so I decided to join that, I helped out a bit but nothing serious and then eventually I resumed my break from Runescape which lasted several months until I started playing again and returned to Kov, which is when I met you =]

@Holo the worst was having Will make me have a character that had the level requirement for his clan therefore I had to accept his broken old account.

Well I decided to return to Kov was because it was what I was familiar with and though I had been gone for 6 months, I felt like it would be nice to return and I was ecstatic when I found out that my dearly beloved friend Daniel was the King. For the first month or two of my return I was extremely inactive, it took a lot to get back into Runescape and I would only log in about once a week. My activity then began to pickup and I started to get more involved. Initially I set out to achieve nothing as weird as that sounds, I remember there was a question posed on the Disc thread of what you see yourself being in Kov and what role you would like to take and my response was I see myself as fitting into a mentor role and not wanting to step up to any positions of leadership, my days in the sun were over and I just wanted to help others and go with the flow, well obviously that didn't go as I planned and I found myself actually be thrown into a position of power unexpectedly
