This threads sole purpose is to be a official records for World 83 Player Owned Cities (POC) land claims. World 83 has long been known as the home of the POC world, and over the years POC's have spread across other worlds creating a larger community with in the POC environment.

World 83 is proud of its long standing traditions and clans, with not only holding the record for the oldest POC's but also the longest Serving POC leaders.

With this rich history of role playing, dark underhanded dealings and golden ages, we welcome you to the official land claims thread.

Kingdom of Varrock


Unlike many other clans, we are a POC (Player Owned City). This is a role-playing group that centers around a city and behaves like an actual Kingdom, with a royal family, knights and all. Created in October 2006.

• Entire north side of Varrock, and coexist with Mafia City on the south side. Border runs just South of the general store, all the way across.

From the Old, the new was created, the past leaders from many lands walked together, heads held high, their blades drawn. They had arrived in the land they always called home. The Kingdom of Zirak has been created, this day the 8th of August in the year 2010.
