New Released Lands
World 83 POC clans way of claiming new land is as follows. Once the post is made on forum Recent Games Update Forum Clans can lay claim to that land. The time stamp will indicate which clan posted first. The clan who posts with the closet time to the release automatically claims the land.

Wars
World 83 Waring as follows. If one clan declares on another, then it is up to those two clans to work out the terms. It has always been agreed that a clan who declares war has to ensure that if its a land war that the lands are of equal amount. World 83 has also in the past had no land claim wars.

Gifted
World 83 has been known to gift lands in the past. If a clan choose to gift land to another clan, then that is the clans choice and is of no concern to other clan
