I wasn't aware of that but it is fine.

The main reason as to why I was placed in KOS was due to the personal hatred toward me from the general rank. I was not placed in KOS due to manipulation. Thus, I am 100% sure that there is nothing to hide and that my case like Rockey Master was misused.

The general rank suggested that I should be in the KOS but what was the evidence toward me that was put forward? I can only garentee you that some of these players in the KOS were also misused.

I said some but not all. I mean ps2ol for example didn't commit any sort of manipulation but rather stated her speculating and / or trending. These rules did not apply until recently.

Again its up to her to appeal if she wish.

My aim here is three things,

1 - Forget past
2 - Reverse the unfair punishment
3 - Start a new chapter with New Years being in control

- Price checks
- Provide feedback
- Follow clan rules
- Provide lists of PC on FC and forums once I have time

I am not for/against anyone and I have no problem with New Years. He was at the time unaware but recently he is in full control. This is why the whole community including me have faith in him.

I still do.

Look my friend. I and many still respect you for one reason. You are still the FC's past, present and future grandfather. You were the one who kept this FC alive. You worked hard to support New Years.

Listen without you this clan like any other would have collapsed for a while. Your history will always be remembered because you are still our most respected owner of this FC. You are experience in running an FC. You are well recongnised by almost anyone in W1/2/3. You are not only experience in being a reps you helped the comunity to merch and organise events.

You were very good at punishing manipulators. The forums ran smoothly. increase in posts happened over time when you and New Years worked together. You were very happy for the clan when it started to reached maximum number of players.

What went wrong after this is something that human does in life. Sometimes it's just the nature of human. In other words, you took this too extream. Yes you elimated actually most of the manipulators but you also went hard on those who were innocent. You took it so extream that you started punishing those who didn't accept your opinions. These things has lead to people backlashing New Years since some of us like me thought that New Years followed your orders and that both of you were happy to punish the comunity.

recently we found that New Years was not part of the corruption and that he was very unaware. Anyways, I hope that you will still carry on being our reps and be the co-owner after the punishment :)

This is also a warning to other ranks (which I have no problem with). No matter what you do to misuse your rank, New Years will always bring an AK-47 and find you.

Edit: How would I find out if the ranks have decided to clear me from the temporarily ban and allow me life time access to the clan?

We do understand your frustration, but it is best to leave it alone. At least you have been officially cleared from being a KOS by New Years. That is what matters. You really don't want to ruin your own reputation to these people. I was in the KOS for months, but I was patience enough to forward my appeal at the right time.

If you are unhappy with a rank it is best to explain this in an appropriate manner to New Years.

At the end of the day, this FC is not an opera were we have drama queen saying this and him saying that etc. We are here to PC and help the FC just like R Quark and other well respected FCs.

In summary, once the suspension is completed be who you were and carry on PCs. If you believe anything seems suspicious whether he/she is a rank or not. Screenshot it and forward this to our well respected owner of Sof/TH thread, New Years.
